First time visiting this eatery. Amazing meal!!! Seriously, the hashbrowns were actually crispy and all the way through!!! When I dine out, I often order breakfast if it's available. I don't remember any other restaurant in Idaho falls that actually serves CRISPY hashbrowns. Everyone I know prefers their hashbrowns served crispy, yet most eateries lack the skill or desire to do hashbrowns well; The Grille is not one of those. Every aspect of my meal, the Breakfast Biscuit, was so delicious! It's my opinion that the owners/workers of The Grille not only have amazing culinary knowledge but also care enough about quality to use that knowledge. I watched the food being served while I waited for my to-go order and everything I noticed looked delicious. I'm returning soon and I'll probably have to try one of the sandwiches with fries. They looked so good to pull me away from my usual breakfast preference. I'm not exaggerating when I talk about quality, I'm confident that everything they make is top-notch, given how amazing my meal was; there's no way something that delicious was by accident. I'll be sure to update the review after my second visit. Thank you! to the hard working, caring-about-serving-darn-good-food, local people at The Grille. PS: even the to-go utensils here are above average; Quality does matter, so it's sad that many businesses these days have forgotten that. It's even more sad the public accepts the lowered standards as normal. Again, The Grille is not one of those.

Love their breakfast. All around good food at a good price. Love it. Yes they do to-go orders.

5 car pile up was the most "expensive" item I could find for breakfast at $12.99 and it was so delicious and filling. Get it with an over med or over easy egg and it really shows you the name. Yummy

I have only eaten here once, cause I'm terrified of trying new place, especially with my food allergies, but I finished my whole plate. Food was cooked great, the people were nice and friendly. Will eat there again soon. Its a small place, but it's good food and fairly priced

While visiting Idaho Falls, we stopped at The Grille for breakfast. Everyone in our party of 5 said their food was great. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the menu had something for everyone, with a great variety of breakfast and lunch options. I would personally recommend their Spanish Sauce... It was so delicious added to my omelet, and I can't wait to go back for a burger and tots smothered in it. If they bottled it, I would order it repeatedly. Very yummy! Great place! Note, they are only open for breakfast and lunch (7-3?)

The Grille is one of the smaller breakfast joints in town, but it has that down-home family feel, which you may appreciate. You get good value for your money in terms of the quantity of the food and there are some small little things like the homemade raspberry jam that makes it stand out from the crowd. Their coffee is tolerable, so I would focus on the food rather than relying on a hot cup of joe. They have good omelettes, scrambles, and biscuits and gravy. Most of the portions are so large they would be easy to share or you can take half of it home for a later meal. It's a bit intimate and it might be more difficult to accomodate large parties over six or eight on a busy morning. The waitstaff is usually friendly and cheerful and make eating there more enjoyable as a result.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - 5 Car Pile Up with hash browns was good. Most of the flavor came from the gravy with the potatoes fairly bland and the country fried steak fairly salty. The egg was already popped when it arrived at our table :( Idaho Omelette with hash browns and French Toast was tasty with some sweet from the toast and salty from the gravy. The country gravy is absolutely delicious! The hash brown only has a light cook so it's not crispy and not very seasoned so you can adjust to your liking. Ambience: 5/5 - clean with a bright feeling overall Service: 5/5 - quick and efficient while staying friendly. She checked on us throughout the meal Value for price: 5/5 - great food, quick service, reasonable price. Love it!

Really tasty breakfast option where they’re not afraid to spice things up a bit! Cozy, yet busy, friendly diner vibe, fast, efficient, friendly service. First breakfast in the Falls where Cholula wasn’t required for kick! Big portions, great start to your day!

My Mom loved this place. It was her favorite place to eat whenever she made her monthly Costco run. She always wanted me to try it, but we never ended up in IF/Ammon together at the right time to go before she tragically passed away from cancer. I don't make it up there very often, so the first time I was in the area when they were open I jumped at the chance to go. I ordered one of her favorite sandwiches, the Triple-Decker Club with the homemade french fries, and it did not disappoint. Everything about the sandwich was perfect, from the bread, meat, tomatoes, etc. and in perfect proportion. The homemade fries were amazing, cooked till the inside was soft and the outside was crispy but not overdone like so many restaurants do. I know why Mom said this was her favorite place, and I'll definitely be back.
